Beverage Air

The building includes 10,450 square-feet of primarily open office space and 11,800 square-feet of research and development space. The office space is designed to offer natural light and exterior views to all building occupants and is extremely energy efficient. A white noise was incorporated in the open office areas to limit noise transmission between work stations.

The research and development space houses four state-of-the-art testing chambers that are constructed to meet stringent FDA guidelines and multiple heavy foundations to support the weight of specialized manufacturing equipment. The building is LEED® certified.
