Plantation Village Campus Expansion

The Plantation Village Campus Expansion project entailed a comprehensive overhaul and expansion of the community. Four distinct Independent Living buildings were erected, with one boasting 14,480 square feet and featuring 8 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, while the other three, each spanning 32,468 square feet, accommodated 12 two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom units. A 9,680 square foot maintenance building with a wood shop further enhanced the campus’s functionality.
