Heart and Wellness Clinic

The Novant Heart and Wellness project provided the construction of a specialized heart and wellness clinic. The 7,300 SF facility includes 12 exam rooms, 3 of which are designated for patients with Left Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs) and feature a dedicated backup generator. The clinic also houses a Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test (CPET) room, lab room, IV therapy room, echocardiogram room, patient education room, offices, conference and break rooms, and 4 bathrooms.
