Truist Leadership Institute North Building

The Leadership Institute North Building project provided the construction of a state-of-the-art facility designed to foster leadership development and growth for Truist executives. The 86,000-square-foot facility features a Conference Center Wing with three floors and a Guest Room Wing with four floors, offering 64 guest rooms, including 16 king bedrooms and 48 queen bedrooms. The building includes a full-service kitchen, restaurant, and bar, as well as several classrooms and breakout spaces to support diverse training programs. Special features of the facility include porches on each level with fireplaces and TVs, with scenic views that create a relaxing atmosphere for guests. Additionally, a fitness center was incorporated to promote wellness and balance for visitors.
