Salemtowne

Blum Construction has been a key partner in the master planning and multi-phase expansion of Salemtowne. Their contributions include the construction of the Woodlands Apartments, 54 independent living apartments in two buildings, and the Babcock Health Care Center, a 163,000 SF skilled-nursing facility with a 40-bed rehabilitation center, three long-term care households featuring 60 private beds with full baths, and a 20-bed assisted living memory care household, each designed around a central courtyard, a sunroom, a large living room, and a dining area, as well as renovations to existing cottages. Additionally, Blum Construction is preparing to build new apartment buildings, further enhancing the community’s offerings and living spaces.
