NCSU Carmichael Gymnasium

The Carmichael Gymnasium project provided a renovation and 82,800 square-feet addition to the North Carolina State University recreation center.  The renovations and addition included recreation, fitness, and specialized activity spaces; classrooms, multipurpose spaces; offices; and a functional training area. It created one controlled access point for the Carmichael complex, made the second floor of the existing gymnasium building accessible, installed a sprinkler system, and replaced alarm systems throughout the entire complex. Carmichael Gymnasium is a LEED Silver certified building.
