Brookside Commons-Apartments/Vista Ridge North

The project expanded Givens Highland Farms’ central campus, providing additional living and community space, including a state-of-the-art, split-level commercial kitchen and multiple dining areas totaling 4,000 square feet, along with a 2,100-square-foot auditorium. Brookside Apartments added 50,000 square feet of living space, featuring 30 new units. Vista Ridge North contributed 58,000 square feet of living space with 36 new apartments. A unique feature of the project was a link bridge spanning the existing campus creek, connecting Vista Ridge North to Brookside Commons.
