Description
The Centennial Square Apartments project introduced 300 new beds in an innovative townhome-style setting at HPU. Fifty townhome units, each accommodating six upper-class students, were meticulously constructed with exteriors harmonizing with the campus architecture. Noteworthy features include state-of-the-art VRF HVAC systems, offering individualized temperature control for residents. Anchoring the development is a modern clubhouse, boasting a swimming pool, Jacuzzi tub, exercise spaces, and meeting facilities.
