Working in an occupied space that required constant attention to the safety and comfort of the residents and staff, dust control and access through construction zones were daily challenges. The project was also challenged by the need for 15 different phases with 15 different move-in dates. Coordination with the Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR) required Blum Construction’s usual efficient documentation and organization.
