Description

The North Carolina State University Greek Village project involved the redevelopment of nearly 14 acres of land to create a vibrant living community for university fraternities and sororities. This ambitious project included the construction of three multi-unit residential buildings, comprising townhomes and apartments. These new structures added a total of 278 beds to the university’s housing portfolio. The townhomes feature commercial kitchens and dining areas, facilitating the use of campus dining services meal plans, while the apartment building provides comfortable and modern living spaces for students.
