Description
The project involved meticulous work on the historic façade, including repointing brick, terracotta, and granite, replacing damaged brick, infilling holes, restoring historic windows, and addressing damaged brick lintels. In the newer addition, windows were replaced, and stucco columns on the front side were repaired. Comprehensive repairs were also executed on the stucco base surrounding the entire building.
