Description
The Lincoln Financial Building project involved the meticulous renovation of 19 floors of the historic Jefferson Standard Building, originally constructed in 1922 and now listed on the National Historical Registry. The project encompassed a phased renovation of 271,600 square feet, including the ground floor and mezzanine levels. Blum Construction preserved the architectural integrity of the building while modernizing existing office spaces.
