Description
This project was a 6,500 SF renovation of a building previously used as a bank. The interior was demolished, including the old vault and drive-thru window. Blum created a new primary care facility with thirteen exam rooms, lab and x-ray room. The renovation required all new HVAC units, electrical service and plumbing.
