South Mebane Elementary School Addition & Renovation

The project included the addition of 12 new classrooms and a new kitchen. The renovation involved improvements to the existing kitchen space for dining expansion in the school’s cafeteria, along with renovations and upgrades to existing buildings. These upgrades included compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and school safety improvements such as cameras and carded entry locks. Also included were flooring updates, renovation of multi-restroom facilities, HVAC upgrades, window replacements, roof repairs, gymnasium improvements, new hardscapes, landscaping, and remediation of erosion issues.
