This renovation project involved upgrading a 213,000 SF, nine-story dormitory with 900 beds. Renovations included upgrading mechanical and fire alarm systems, replacing approximately 450 resident room doors, reworking the back patio sitework, and upgrading the commercial kitchen on the 9th floor.
