Description
The Poteat and Huffman Residence Halls Renovation project was a meticulous transformation encompassing 73,130 square feet across five occupied levels. The extensive construction involved the creation of suite-style accommodations for 304 students and resident advisors, complete with a hall director apartment, student organization rooms, and a vibrant hall lounge. Additionally, a modern food service café was integrated to enhance the residential experience.
