Description
Comprising a total of 12 multi-family housing buildings, including a mix of walk-up structures, townhomes, and garden-style apartments, the project resulted in the creation of 81 apartments and community spaces. These community spaces included a fitness center, common laundry facilities, a leasing office, playgrounds, and a picnic shelter. Notably, this initiative aligned with the NCHFA (North Carolina Housing Finance Authority) LIHTC (Low-income Housing Tax Credit) program, underscoring its commitment to providing affordable housing solutions.
